ABOUT ME
Laura Starnes
HI!
My name is Laura Starnes, I'm a Certified Personal Trainer who has worked in the Health and Fitness field for over 11+ years now. I was an athlete most of my life focusing primarily on basketball, tennis, and softball. Started weight training, cross training, etc. at young age when it wasn't popular for women to do so. My range of practice reaches from strength & conditioning, sports specific, flexibility & mobility, rehab, power, Olympic lifts, circuit, agility, body mechanics, and more.
In 2009 I experienced a life changing injury that has challenged me and made me a more educated and aware trainer. I don't force the issue or agenda of my style of personal fitness on others. Personal training is about what is best for each individual at their own level. I'm here to offer you your open door to the best you possible, and to help you find your connection to a life of better health and higher performance.
